Purchase Minimums:

Minimum Opening order:  $100.00 (If you haven't ordered in the last 3 years, you'll need to order $100 as a new customer to reestablish yourself as a wholesale customer)
Minimum Reorder:  $50.00

Purchase Terms:
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) plus PayPal.

We currently do not extend Net Terms.

Shipping Information:
Processing Time:
Wholesale Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, M-F.  If you require expedited shipping, you can select an express shipping method while checking out on the website. 

Expedited Orders:  Fed-Ex Express (Overnight, 2-Day, or Express Saver) orders placed BEFORE 2:00pm EST, Mon-Fri will be processed that day.  Express orders placed AFTER 2:00 EST will be processed the shipped the following business day.

Any other shipping method (Ground, Home Delivery, or USPS) will be processed on the regular processing schedule of 2-3 business days.

Shipping Rates:
Our website calculates shipping charges based on the weight of your products and using  the measurements of a single standard box dimension.  Depending on your particular order, a larger box may be needed to ship your items, in which case *WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOUR ORDER* in order to cover the increased rates charged by Fed-Ex for dimensional weights.  We do our best to use the smallest packaging possible and keep your freight costs down.  When you place an order on our website, you are agreeing to these terms.

Occasionally, the inventory on the website is off by a few units and we may need to place an item on backorder.  Your automatic order confirmation will indicate if an item has been placed on backorder and we will ship it out as soon as it becomes available.

Return Policy:
If any item is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item and ship you a new one at our cost via ground delivery.

If you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or an exchange for your order within 30 days of invoice date.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns beyond 30 days of invoice date.

Returns are not allowed without prior authorization.  Please use our online RMA system to request a return or contact us directly.

Privacy and Security:
We take the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously.  We respect your privacy, and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. 
 We do not share customer information, including e-mail addresses. 

We use sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information. Every page in the ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer [SSL] encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

If you are sharing a computer with someone else or using a computer in a public place, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit.
